just dropping by...

well hi guys, yes i know its been such a long time, ive just got back from holiday and i feel disgusting...i almost ate 'normal' so to speak! i just dont like myself right now and i am going to detach myself until i feel worthy enough of coming on here again! i know you girls will be doing so well and i am so glad that the community is growing because there are some really deserving girls on here, ive especially missed the older girls to the community (you know who you are)!

20 minutes till my art history class. i've tried about 20 times to print the class notes for today, and everything is making it impossible for me to do so. from fire alarms to dying laptop batteries. i'm just going to have to do it after class... and hope for the best during lecture.

i am soooo bloated today. and i feel disgusting because i've eaten the last 2 days... most of what i've consumed being sweets... because thats all i want for some reason...

i did however go to the gym last night. 35 minutes on the bikes while reading about psychology and statistics...

todays diet will consist of: diet pepsi (which i am currently sipping on) black coffee, water, cigarettes, and maybe a line or two if i am dead by my 3:30 lecture... 
friday - the same. 
saturday - same
sunday - grandma's birthday, so i'll have to eat lunch with her or something... i avoided dinner with her last time... and it was painfully obvious that i was just trying to avoid gaining another 50billion lbs.............

or i'm just a paranoid bitch... 

i think the latter is the most likely. 

sorry for my incessant posting yesterday. i was in a terrible mood.................

well, time to walk across campus for the third time already...

hey girls, i have been hearing about how you can get tablets that make you intolerant to fats, and you just shit it out, like laxitives. Which are the best you can get over counter if anyone knows?

Why do all the "experts" and non-experts say that very low calorie intake actually slows down you metabolism and eventually will start making you fatter, and yet all the super models and cover girls who dont eat, or eat very little, or EXTREMELY skinny, and have been for a long time???!  IT MAKES NO SENSE!!  I dont think I believe the people that say eating hardly anything will make you gain weight. I THINK THATS PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE.  How can you gain weight when you barely eat anything???.................... YOU CANT!    calorie deficit = weight loss, not weight gain

Does anyone agree with me?
Or am i going about this wrong?
